Helpful staff, clean and tidy, great air conditioning, nicely decorated room, exceeded expectations, conveniently located.
No issues.

The hotel is very modern, so the light turns on automaticaly as you step into the corridor, the keys are, like in the 4-5* hotels, plastic cards. Rooms are large and comfortable enough. It is not mentioned, but the breakfast is free of charge. It's served between 7 and 10, but if you come to 9 some of the hot meals would be already gone. As a birthday present we recieved a bottle of nice wine from the hotel.
The wireless network is very slow and works only for one person in a room. We booked a twin, and so only one of us could surf the internet while the other one had to wait.

It is in a good and quite location, but you should to use tram. Everything is new and very comfortable. Staffs are very helpful. Bathrooms are very clean and new.
Breakfast is not very good and it is very near to the hospital.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
The downside of the location was that there wasn't much to do in the immediate area, and it was a bit far from the city center. there was some noise from the nearby hospital, which could be bothersome at times.

A very good hotel, comfortable, with a nice breakfast and with a very nice staff. I definitely recommand it! Probably one of the best in Zagreb for this price.
Not in the city centre but not far either with bus or tram.

This new hotel is located at the main Zagreb's hospital and is targeting mainly the hospital visitors and excursion groups that pass Zagreb towards/from Dalmatia. Spacious and clean rooms, public parking garage (7 kuna/hour, 60 kuna/day), good breakfast. Good option for one night sleep.
The hotel is located far from the city center, at the border of a residential area and the Maksimir park, practically at the hospital. The hotel restaurant is targeting hospital visitors and closes early, there is no restaurants in the neighborhood, no minibar, and if you are arriving late, have to rely on a snacks automat at the lobby.

This new hotel is ideally located with easy access to the city center by car or tram, while being slightly outside the hustle and bustle. the hotel is adjacent to a lovely park, perfect for a relaxing walk. the rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. In terms of service, guests have nothing to complain about, from the friendly and helpful staff to the ample breakfast offerings. There are on-site amenities such as a self-service restaurant, supermarkets and pharmacy, making everything very convenient.
The hotel decor may be lacking in personality, feeling a bit too generic for those seeking a more unique experience.

The hotel was easy to get to and had a great location near the park. It was clean and modern with a cool atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. The rooms were the perfect size and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh bread and croissants that we enjoyed.
The shower in the bathroom was not great. There was no curtain to prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel's location close to Maksimir Park and the Zoo made it a great choice for me as I enjoy nature. I took a short taxi ride from the central bus station and was delighted to find that the hotel has parking facilities. The friendly staff made me feel welcome upon my tired arrival and answered my questions promptly and with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight for me.
It was all superb.
